The way you start your morning off has a prominent impact on your entire day. If your morning begins with a good sweat, you will most probably have a productive, energetic, and bright day ahead of you. Meanwhile, if you get out of bed in the afternoon, you will most likely have a slow-paced day.
Start your day between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. with a big glass of warm water or a cup of black coffee/green tea (as per your preference) paired with a good book. Make your bed. Then, take a shower and eat a healthy breakfast. Try to get done with your workout before noon.

Now, get started with all the work you have planned for the day. Start by making a to-do list and follow the 4-minute rule. The 4-minute rule is when you get done with the tasks that take less than 4 minutes first to reduce your workload. Don’t consume caffeine until necessary. Take a lunch break in between and eat a hot meal. Try to get all your work done by 6 p.m.
After 6 p.m. comes leisure time! Go for a long walk, hang out with friends, or simply stay home and binge-watch your favorite shows. Use this time for bonding with family, friends, and yourself. Eat a snack and then, eat a light dinner. Don’t miss out on hydrating yourself throughout the day.
By 10 p.m., start with your night care routine. Drink some warm milk and get some sleep for the next day. Make sure to avoid using devices an hour before and after you wake up.
Doing your day right can affect your productivity level on a major scale. Try this routine and you will see a change in your mood!
